Closing your PAMM Account or a Fund is now possible in KOT4X, and it couldn't be any easier.

Whether you have an Investor or a Money Manager account, you are free to close any of these accounts at any time of your preference. 

Money Manager Accounts can be closed if there are no active funds. To be able to close this type of account you will need to remove the Active Funds.

 Close a Manager/Investor Account following the steps below:

 Log into your account and select the My Accounts section.

Select the Account you would like to close, tap on the 3 horizontal dots next to the account number and choose the option Close Account.

A pop-up message will be visible asking you to confirm this action. If you want to proceed, click on Yes.

That's all! Your Account is now deleted. 

If you could not close the account successfully, please, check if you have Active funds.

 Close a Manager Fund following the steps below:

To close a fund, you need to follow the same procedure. The only difference is that you need to click on the arrow visible from the Manager's Account to select the Fund you want to close.

Move to the right side of the screen and click on view to be able to close this fund.

 Once you select that option, you will be able to close the fund by clicking on the 3 horizontal dots exactly as you would do to close an account.
