If you would like to change the provided Live MetaTrader account password to your own customized password on your Android device, you are able to do so via the MetaTrader application.
- Open the MetaTrader application on your preferred Android device.
- Tap on the three stacked lines on the upper-left corner to open up the menu options.
- If you are successfully logged into your Live MetaTrader account, when you open the menu options, you will be able to see your account information. Tap on 'Manage accounts'.
This will lead you to the accounts page. Tap on the three boxes stacked on top of each other on the upper-right corner of the screen. This will provide you with the option to either 'Change password' or 'Delete Account'. Tap 'Change password'.
You will now be presented with the change password page. Please select 'Change Master Password' from the first drop-down selection bar. You will then have to enter your current Live MetaTrader account password and confirm your newly selected password twice to confirm this change.
Once you have confirmed all of your details, tap on the 'Next' button.
If successful, a window will pop up which will confirm that you have changed your Live MetaTrader master account password. Tap 'OK'.
