If your emails are located in the Spam/Junk folder, here are a few methods to assist you with resolving this issue:
Adding Contacts to Safe List
- On the Settings icon, click on View All Outlook Settings.
- Go to the Junk Email section in the Mail tab.
- In the Safe Senders and Domains section, click on Add and enter our email address which is firstname.lastname@example.org
- Click on Save.
