If you are unable to find your MetaTrader password, you would have two options:
Option 1:
Find your forgotten password from the email which was sent to you at the time when you created the live account. You would be looking for your "trader password".
The email would have been received when creating your live account OR when you last changed your password and can be found by searching in the email account that is associated with your KOT4X account.
Option 2:
Reset the password for your live account
Login to KOT4X.com
- Click on "My Accounts" and select "View" on the Account which you wish to have the password reset.
- Click on "Actions".
- Click on "Change password" then "Copy password" and paste the password somewhere safe.
- You will receive a notification on the top of the page confirming the password has been reset.
Please note: If you navigate away from the action screen before copying the password, you will need to go through the process again.
You would need to then go and take the new password and change this on your MetaTrader application - either desktop or mobile application.
