To verify your identity, we can accept ONE of the following:
- Passport
- Driver's License
- Residence Documentation
- National Identity Card
Please Note: Temporary residence permits or other forms of ID similar are not accepted as proof of identification.
Our guidelines:
- It needs to be a government-issued document.
- All four corners should be showing, not cropped and must be able to see the full document.
- All customers must be aged 18 or over.
- The document must still be valid/in date, cannot be expired.
- We cannot accept a screenshot from a computer or mobile device.
- The document must state your Date of Birth.
- Please ensure the document is not password protected.
Any documents that we receive that look irregular or tampered with will be denied.
*Clients aged under 18 years old will have their accounts disabled instantly.
Acceptable:
- All four corners of the document are visible.
- The document is clear and readable.
- Nothing is edited.
We do not accept cropped documents.
